The Perfect Cheese Fondue…With Gin!

We’ll always say oui to a cheese fondue, especially if it’s à la Mirabeau! We haven’t been able to look back since we began using our Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin in it.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

Method

  1. Grate 800g of Old Comté Cheese.
  2. Cut your baguette in small pieces.
  3. Put your fondue pot on the stove on low heat and rub the pot surface (including sides) with a sliced clove of garlic, then remove the garlic.
  4. Add 15cl Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin, 1tsp cornstarch and stir well.
  5. Add half of the grated comté cheese and keep stirring.
  6. Then add the rest of the cheese and 15cl Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin.
  7. Keep mixing until smooth.
  8. Season with pink peppercorn to taste.
  9. Place on your heated fondue stand, serve immediately and enjoy with a chilled G&T!
