  • Cooked Beetroots
  • Goat’s cheese
  • Blood orange
  • Pomegranate Seeds

For the dressing:

  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Dijon mustard
  • Honey
  • Salt and pepper


Simply slice beetroot, blood orange, and goat’s cheese into a bowl. For the dressing, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, teaspoon of honey, and salt and pepper.
