Origin: Côtes de Provence
Varieties: 47.3% Grenache, 23.3% Cinsault, 14.7% Syrah 14.7%: Carignan, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Cabernet Sauvignon
Site: A delicious marriage of some of the best growing areas of Provence, blended to give a vibrant fruit expression with a beautifully crisp finish. The more profound clay and limestone soils around our home village of Cotignac and the central Var yield richness and complexity, while the limestone pebbled vineyards around the Sainte Victoire mountain convey a great freshness.
Soil: Clay & limestone sand
Vinification: Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing and partial liquid maceration (stabulation), before temperature controlled fermentation. The wines are protected with inert gas throughout the winemaking process. Vegan-friendly.

A delightful, food-friendly rosé that pairs wonderfully with dishes such as aubergine Parmigiana, grilled fillet of cod with citrus and caper butter, roasted butternut squash with pesto and sourdough breadcrumbs, or a fruity dessert, like apricot tarte tatin.
