Soil: Clay and limestone

Vinification: Night harvested followed by gentle direct
pressing, partial cold stabulation and
temperature controlled fermentation.
Analysis: Alcohol 12.7% / pH 3.43 / RS <1g/l
Allergens: Contains sulphites
