Provençal Garlic Aioli & Crudités

Get ready to impress with our delicious Garlic Aioli & Crudités! This classic Provençal dip, rich in flavour and creamy in texture, pairs perfectly with a vibrant assortment of fresh, crunchy and seasonal vegetables. From summer gatherings to a light snack in the afternoon or a girl’s dinner, you can make it as big or small as needed and it’s always sure to impress!

It pairs perfectly with a chilled glass of our rosé Pure.

Garlic Aioli Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method:

  1. Add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and black pepper to a small bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and mx until fully combined.
  3. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to be used.

Recommended Crudités:

Tenderstem Broccoli
Carrots, halved
Cucumbers, sliced
Grapes
Cherry tomatoes
Radishes, sliced or whole
Peppers, sliced
Mange Tout
Bell Peppers, sliced
Crostini
Celery stalks
Crackers
Squash blossoms

  1. Arrange the aioli in a small bowl on a serving platter.
  2. Surround the aioli with vegetables around the platter.
  3. Add crostini or crackers if desired.
