Matchatini with Dry Rosé Gin

This spring, switch your Espresso Martini for a delicious Matchatini!

Matcha isn’t just for tea. This superfood makes for a great cocktail ingredient with its strong and earthy flavour. It pairs really well with the citrus aromas in our Rosé Gin. Add some sweetness and vanilla for balance, and you’ve got yourself an invigoratingly refreshing drink that is perfect for spring!


Serves 1


  1. Chill your martini glass.
  2. Start by whisking the matcha powder with the hot water until smooth.
  3. In a shaker with ice, add the matcha mixture, single cream, Dry Rosé Gin, simple syrup and vanilla extract.
  4. Shake well until frothy.
  5. Pour the cocktail into the chilled martiniglass.
  6. Sprinkle with some matcha powder.
