A sweet and juicy cocktail for all of you fig lovers! Sip gently watching a favourite movie or snuggled up with an exciting book!
Cocktail Ingredients
- 50ml Mirabeau Rosé Gin
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25ml Fig Honey Syrup
- Twist of lemon and fresh fig slices for garnish
For the Fig Honey Syrup:
- 150ml Water
- 150ml Honey
- 3 Fresh Figs, Diced
To make the Fig Honey Syrup:
Place the water, honey and diced figs in a small saucepan and bring to boil. Turn off from heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain the figs from the liquid and pour the fig honey syrup in a bottle to store. Cool to room temperature before using and then store remaining syrup in the refrigerator for up to one week.
To make the cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add the Mirabeau Rosé Gin, lemon juice and fig honey syrup. Shake it well and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with fig slices and a sprig of thyme.
