Summer is finally here and we’re embracing the Provençal lifestyle with leisurely strolls to the market, walks along the lavender fields and long evenings filled with our beautiful Rosé and loved ones.

Nothing marks a summer’s day by the Riviera like a refreshing cocktail, with stylishly designed glassware as the pièce de resistance to any at-home serve. Showcasing our selection of summer’s cocktails to transport you to our home region, we’ve teamed up with London tableware design studios, Richard Brendon to top off our refreshing recipes in their expertly crafted crystal cocktail range. 

We’re still debating our favourite recipe, but thankfully, we have a whole summer ahead to enjoy each, styled perfectly in Richard Brendon’s ultra-chic cocktail collection.

Raspberry Chambord Martini

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Mirabeau Dry Gin 
  • 15ml Lillet Blanc 
  • 10ml Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

Method:

Shake all together in an ice filled cocktail shaker the strain into a Martini Glass. We’ve used the Cocktail Collection Classic Martini glass.

Riviera Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Mirabeau Dry Gin 
  • 10ml St Germain (Elderflower Liqueur) can increase to 15 or 20ml 
  • 10ml Lemon Juice 
  • 60ml Sparkling Water

Method:

Shake the first three ingredients together, strain into a highball and top with sparkling water. We’re using the Cocktail Collection Classic Highball for a clean line serve.

Pink Gimlet

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Mirabeau Dry Gin 
  • 25ml Simple Syrup 
  • 50ml Lime Juice (1 lime) 
  • 75ml Pink Grapefruit Juice (1/2 a Grapefruit) 
  • Crushed Ice

Method:

Pour all the ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake together and pour into the Cocktail Collection Classic Coupe.

Pink Negroni

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 250ml Mirabeau Dry Gin 
  • 125ml Lillet Blanc 
  • 125ml Fresh lemon juice 
  • 65ml Campari 
  • 1 teaspoons bitters

Method:

Add all to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a carafe to share with a group, or in a rocks glass if serving single cocktails. We’re sharing our Pink Negroni with the Cocktail Collection Small Carafe.

Mirabeau Myrtille

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Mirabeau Dry Gin 
  • 20ml Simple Syrup 
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • 10ml Crème de Myrtille

Method:

Shake the first three ingredients together then strain into the Cocktail Collection Star Cut Rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle in the Myrtille and garnish.
