Classic Frosé Cocktail

Did someone say Frosé? The summer heatwaves have inspired us to revisit one of our fave recipes and bring it back with a little twist. Here’s how to make this super refreshing and delicious summer cocktail, using our bestselling rosé wine, Mirabeau Classic Provence Rosé.

Did you know that adding a bit of tomato cuts through the sweetness and adds delicious acidity? Don’t be afraid to add it here – we’ve included some in ours.


  • 75cl Classic Rosé
  • 100g water
  • 80g sugar
  • 200g strawberries
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • juice of 1 lime


Pour the bottle of Classic Rosé into a pan and freeze it overnight.

In a saucepan, add the water, sugar, strawberries and cherry tomatoes and bring to the boil. Mix and allow to cool. Add the lime juice. Strain into a blender. Scrape the frozen rosé into the blender and mix well. Serve in high ball glasses and enjoy!
