German Magazine Falstaff Ratings for Mirabeau Provence Rosés

Etoile 92 points

Pastel tones of pink and grey. Balsamic notes, apple peel, wild strawberry. Succulent in the mouth, stringent acidic nerve and a hint of sweetness, medium weight in the extract, yet expressive, slightly salty, distinctly mineral tint, a high-quality thirst quencher and refreshing aperitif.

Pure 90 points

Pastel tones. Some ice candy, damp stone. Juicy in the mouth, rather medium weight in extract, fresh, long-lasting acidity, very straightened in the palate, with good mineral definition, but still closed aromatic. Rather a rosé for autumn.

Classic 90 points

Salmon pink. Subtle aromas. Some rosehip. Built in the mouth, firm fabric, ripe acidity, supple fond, a rosé with good density and savoury cut, a good food companion.
