Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin (70cl)
At its core Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is a classic Dry Gin with a gorgeous pale pink colour. True to our wine heritage, Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is built on a base of 100% grape neutral spirit, made from up-cycled grape skins which add roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. This original Rosé Gin is inspired by the abundance of botanicals growing on our Domaine and throughout the French Riviera, as well as more precious ones used in the famous local perfumery trade. Lemon and Coriander botanicals add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and Angelica roots impart floral and earthy tones respectively. Rose Petals, Lavender and Jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, Bay, Thyme and Rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the blend. Distilled with a touch of our Rosé wine, Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin makes a delicious Mediterranean G&T and delectable cocktails, including pink versions of some of the classics, such as Rosé Negroni and Gimlet.
Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rosé (75cl)
Light and bright pink colour, violet reflexes with a fine stream of elegant bubbles. A lovely balance of rich and fresh aromas on the nose with apricot, yellow peach, melon and passion fruit, all tied up by a subtle lavender honey note. Tense yet ample, with a refreshing acidity that gives depth to a creamy and white fruit flavoured profile. Perfect for an indulgent brunch and all festive occasions.
La Folie is crafted using the “Charmat Method” and is a charming and fragrant rosé fizz.
