A pale salmon rosé, with delectable aromas of ripe peaches and grapefruit, with a hint of cut grass and freshly baked bread. Generous and powerful, precisely balanced with a zesty acidity and great length. A gastronomic organic wine made to be enjoyed at a beautiful table.
Best paired with sea bass ceviche with orange dressing, grilled veal chops, creamy cheeses such as Saint-Félicien or Brillat-Savarin, fresh strawberry salad with balsamic dressing and yogurt sorbet.
