A silky white wine with a hint of green. The nose is intense, with exotic fruits like mango, guava, pomelo and lychee, on a bed of stone fruits, such as vineyard peach. A very well balanced wine, that has power and an elegant fruit profile, yet is long and mineral. A great example of winemaking talent from Provence and a sophisticated partner to good food and appetisers.
