A gastronomic organic wine made to be enjoyed at a beautiful table.
A pale pink rosé with light peach reflections. On the nose, it presents aromas of white fruits like pear, fresh mint, and yellow fruits such as apricots and peach.
Best paired with langoustine salad or gratinéed oysters with spinach and Parmesan. A white truffle risotto would pair wonderfully, as would creamy cheeses, followed by a chestnut Mont Blanc cake.
