Pale rosé with subtle peach‑hued highlights. A precise and focused aromatic profile, with luminous fruit aromas of vineyard peach and perfectly ripened pear, layered with a seductive note of mango and papaya. A crystalline hint of fresh grapefruit cuts through, lending vibrancy and lift. An elegant palate, silky in texture, unfolding with quiet confidence – an expansive burst of flavour, pronounced in length, with a clean, refreshing finish that invites you to savour a perfectly relaxed moment.

| Origin: | Côtes de Provence |
| Varieties: | 67% Grenache, 14% Syrah, 14% Cinsault, 5%: Mourvèdre, Carignan, Clairette, Rolle, Caladoc, Ugni Blanc |
| Site: | Hailing in the majority from vineyards on the coveted south side of the Sainte- Victoire Mountain, where pebbly limestone soils and a broad diurnal temperature range impart the airy freshness for which this climate is renowned. The blend is elevated by fragrant components sourced from select vineyards in the central Var, and the “golden triangle” at the foothills of the Maure mountain range, contributing to richer textural depth and complexity. |
| Soil: | Limestone pebbles, clay & sand |
| Vinification: | Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing and partial liquid maceration (stabulation), before temperature controlled fermentation. The wines are protected with inert gas throughout the winemaking process. Vegan-friendly. |
| Food pairing: | A beautifully versatile rosé, that’s an all round outstanding food partner. Some great pairings: serve alongside roasted zucchini with a basil and fromage frais dip, or grilled monkfish finished with a grapefruit butter. It pairs equally well with a Chicken Piccata or a delicate citrus sabayon for desert. |
