Lovingly referred to as ‘Provence in a Glass’ our flagship rosé wine was inspired by long, languid days on the Côte d’Azur. Brilliant powdery pink colour, with violet reflexes. Clean and expressive, displaying aromas of peach, lychee, passion fruit and flint.

Delicious flavours of small red summer fruits precede an appealingly tense mouthfeel with citrus and lime. Polished and crisp.
The ultimate aperitif and a perfect partner to Asian cuisine, grilled light meats and seafood.

This wine is simply perfect. Fresh and uplifting and perfect either on it’s own or with a meal. It’s my ‘go to’ for sitting outside in the evening with a glass of wine to unwind and just enjoy life.

This Pure is the best affordable rose that there is. It is so versatile that you can drink it with every course. It has spring flowers, peach and pink grapefruit on the nose and it is a perfectly balanced wine with summer berries, peaches and a creaminess that is off-set by good acidity and minerality. I served it this Sunday with Bouillabaisse and a chicken traybake with fennel, garlic, orange and thyme (for those who cannot tolerate seafood) and it matched both perfectly. it is great with cheese especially soft creamy ones such as Ismay Dorset Brie but also goes well with blue cheeses such as Cropwell Bishop No.1 Beauval and hard cheeses such as the creamy Red Storm Red Leicester made in Snowdonia and Sussex Charmer. It also works well with some desserts such as cheesecake and a great British fruit crumble.
