With silver nuances on ballet slipper pink, Mirabeau’s flagship rosé is true to its name. A beautiful pale pink wine that offers refined aromas of citrus, pink grapefruit and a hint of summer berries with a balanced freshness, pleasing acidity and an elegant finish.
Pure really shines with a ceviche of sea bass, pink grapefruit and avocado salad, lime and olive oil dressing. Also fantastic with lighter cuisine and desserts with a citrus note, or as an aperitif of course!
