Festive Punch Cocktail Recipe

Virginie Bonvalet describes herself as “A lover of life with an immense passion for cooking with a rustic, bohemian yet classic style…” and gifted us with this beautiful recipe using our star rosé Etoile.

This festive punch is perfect for any special occasion. The floral notes of the beautifully crafted and elegant Etoile, together with the citrus fruit, felt like an ideal pairing to the seasonal holiday flavours like pomegranates, peaches, thyme. 

Ingredients (about 10 servings)

  • 750 ml Mirabeau Etoile Provence rosé
  • 250 ml gin
  • 2 grapefruit
  • 1 lime
  • 4 peaches
  • 1 piece stem ginger (finely sliced, mixed with 2 tbsp of its syrup)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • seeds of 1 pomegranate
  • few sprigs of thyme
  • lots of ice


  1. Juice one of the grapefruits and slice the other
  2. Slice the lime and peaches
  3. Place a generous serving of ice in a large 2-3 litre bowl
  4. Pour in 1/2 the wine
  5. Add the remaining ingredients on top
  6. Stir gently to combine
  7. Serve, topping off with a little rosé

TIP: Keep the punch on ice and greet each guest with a glass as they arrive at your party
