Our first single estate rosé of Domaine Mirabeau has launched! This exquisite limited production, single estate rosé from the prestigious Côtes de Provence appellation is a statement of our hopes and dreams. La Réserve is a very special wine from our Domaine. Moving beyond organic practices, this delicate golden-hued rosé is produced using regenerative practices on our estate nestled in the nature reserve at the foothill of the Maures mountains.
We were absolutely thrilled to share this moment with our closest partners and friends this month at an intimate launch with renowned chef and restauranter Rob Gill at Bermondsey Larder. It was an incredibly special day for us as we celebrated this significant milestone and the culmination of Stephen and Jeany’s dream.
Bermondsey Larder was the perfect partner for us, priding themselves on working with the best local purveyors of land and sea they curated a beautiful menu, led by nature, which showcased our wines and most importantly La Réserve.
Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, a touch of Rolle and aged partly in 4L lightly smoked oak barrels, La Réserve is an elegantly gastronomic rosé. With 50% of profits supporting Stephen’s Regenerative Viticulture Foundation, we are not only working to restore the biodiversity of our land but are establishing a community of research and expertise for the future of regenerative farming.
